We go through one or more of the techniques of CrossFit and also have a flatter element. The workout is designed so that everyone can participate and you can challenge yourself as well as adapt an exercise by &#8220;scaling&#8221; it, as they say in CrossFit language.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We have taster sessions every Sunday at 11:00 in S\u00f6dermalm and every Wednesday at 18:00 in Vasastan.
