Our training
We train for life outside the gym: everyday life, work and sport. That means a mix of strength, conditioning and mobility, and a coach leading every class.
Functional fitness
Lifting, carrying, squatting, pulling, jumping, running. The movements you rely on every day, trained so they get stronger and easier.
A bit of everything
Strength, conditioning, mobility, gymnastics and Olympic lifting, mixed with a plan. You get fitter all round, and it never gets boring.
Our own programming
Every workout is written in-house and you won't find it anywhere else. We train in 6–8 week cycles, each with its own focus: strength, gymnastics, Olympic lifting or mobility. You keep progressing over months, not just day to day.
Coached and scaled
Your coach scales every movement and weight to you, so complete beginners and seasoned athletes train side by side. Lots of it is measurable, so you'll see yourself improve.
What a class looks like
Most classes are 60 minutes: a warm-up with mobility, a skill or strength block, then a shorter, harder workout to finish.
Your first class
Book a class in the timetable and get there ten minutes early. Let the coach know it's your first time and they'll walk you through everything.
