MEMBERSHIP

We believe in personal attention and commitment to you as a member. We keep our group training classes small, where everyone, regardless of level, can be seen and get the help and push they need. Our coaches will help you with everything from mobility to technique in Olympic lifting to personal programming or your first pull-up. Whether your goal is to compete in CrossFit, improve on last year’s personal best, manage everyday lifts and movements, or just live a strong and sustainable life, we’re here. And we have a lot of fun along the way. We offer a personalized and family atmosphere where the member is always in focus. .

With boxes all over Stockholm (Vasastan, Stureplan, Södermalm, Telefonplan and Solna) and generous opening hours, we are happy to offer flexibility for you to get your training in where and when it suits you.

The easiest way to get started is to either book a trial session here or contact us via the form. We offer a number of different memberships to make it as flexible as possible for you.

This is how it works!

Step 1
Consultation

Of course you should join us! To find the membership that suits you best, we will schedule a consultation with you. Fill in your contact details here and we’ll be in touch.

Step 2
STARTING PACKAGE

For three hours optimally distributed over three weeks, you go through a screening, movement analysis and individually adapted wishes such as technique on specific exercises, programs for self-training, clarification of goals, etc. In parallel with these sessions, you will start doing group and/or individual training. If you have already taken an intro course in CrossFit or have been practicing CrossFit for over a year, this is optional.

Step 3
Exercise!
Now it’s time to go! Attend classes and get to know our amazing community, train with a PT and get stronger than the hulk – become Fit4Life!
