OUR TEMPLATES

Includes specific training program and training planning according to chosen focus with set number of training sessions/week. Access to programs, videos and exercise descriptions via App and a PDF of the program after the end of the period. You choose the focus of your template from our website.

(If you are a member, you can of course contact one of our coaches on site in the box or turn directly to the coach with whom you wish to collaborate on the programming, and they will help you further so you can get started quickly and smoothly).

This program is designed to give you good strength and technique development for the most basic gymnastics skills you will encounter when you start CrossFit. The sessions are a combination of specific warm-ups, technique, strength and accessories needed to achieve or improve KIPPING PULLUP, HSPU and T2B.
