Of course you should try it – book one of our taster sessions!
During the taster sessions, you will try a typical CrossFit workout, which may include lifting, pulling, bending, jumping, throwing or running. We go through one or more of the techniques of CrossFit and also have a flatter element. The workout is designed so that everyone can participate and you can challenge yourself as well as adapt an exercise by “scaling” it, as they say in CrossFit language.
We have taster sessions every Sunday at 11:00 in Södermalm and every Wednesday at 18:00 in Vasastan. All you have to do is sign up here under the heading Contact us!
